This is a single leather-bound volume, about 2 inches thick, in very fragile condition. About 2/3 of the pages are filled. Some pages have become detached. Besides the lists below, the pages contain a chronological account of church business, including the dates they met, baptisms performed, and very personal accounts of complaints church members made about one another, discipline meted out, usually in the form for exclusions or excommunications. The "notes" column may contain several sequential entries, added at different times.
The first page contains the Articles of Convenant. This is followed immediately on page 2 with the list of founding members, some of which are annotated with notes. The lists of the church members are entered below. Many thanks to Cindy Walcott of Grand Isle, Vermont for transcribing these records for us.
